Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.

Damaged goods and issues

Please ensure you thoroughly inspect your items upon receipt.

If the item(s) are defective, damaged, or incorrect please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and rectify the problem.

Exceptions and non returnable items

Certain categories of items cannot be returned.

Modified clothing cannot, modified equipment (daysacks, bergans, etc.), personalised items, special orders, or bespoke products cannot be returned.
